Blue Bison currently ships orders throughout the United States. All products are vacuum-packed and shipped frozen in an insulated container with dry ice and/or ice packs. If you prefer expedited shipping, please feel free to contact our customer service department.

We are only able to ship UPS Ground to locations with transit times of 3 days or less. If transit time is over 3 days, you must pay for the additional cost of UPS 2nd Day Air or 3 Day Select. We ship meat on Tuesdays, and the estimated delivery date must be on or before Thursday of the same week. We recommend that you select UPS 2nd Day Air or 3 Day Select, and we require UPS 2nd Day Air during Summer months (May thru September).
