Our bison and beef are grass fed and finished on grain. The grains used are corn, wheat, fescue, and pumice from our vineyard and brewery spent grains.

Ingredients: Beef, encapsulated salt, cheddar cheese, whey, partially hydrogenated soybean oil, corn syrup, salt, blue cheese, disodium phospate, nonfat milk and citric acid, spice, caramel color, dehydrated onion and garlic, hydrolyzed soy protein with partially hydrogenated soy bean oil, sugar, worcestershire sauce powder, soy sauce powder, less than 2% silicon dioxide added to prevent caking.
