Our bison and beef are grass fed and finished on grain. The grains used are corn, wheat, fescue, and pumice from our vineyard and brewery spent grains.
A generous portion of sirloin, roast it slow and low until fork tender, serve with potatoes and carrots like you would a beef roast. Farm-raised in Sainte Genevieve, MO.
