Ingredients
Order Bison Meat
1/2 cup sliced crimini mushrooms
2 green onions sliced thin including green tops
1 clove of garlic crushed
1/2 teaspoon lemon pepper
1 teaspoon lime juice
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/4 cup unsalted butter
2 tablespoons snipped cilantro
2 tablespoons unsalted butter
4 4 ounce Bison Rib eyes (our two 8 ounce cut in half)
Instructions
Over medium heat in small sauce pan melt 1/4 cup butter, stir in mushrooms, green onions, garlic,cook stirring constantly for three minutes add lemon pepper, lemon juice and Worcestershire sauce. Simmer three minutes, turn heat down to low, keep sauce warm.
In medium size skillet heat 2 tablespoons butter. cook meat over medium high heat one minute on each side or until rare to medium rare is reached. (be careful not to over cook which is easy with bison)
Serve with warm sauce.
Don''t over sauce you don''t want to lose the lovely flavor of the meat.
