Ingredients
Order Bison Meat
1 Box Pillsbury Ready made pie crusts
1/2 lb. bison meat ground or finely chopped bison steak
1 large potato small cubed
1 small onion chopped fine
4 pats of butter
2T. milk
salt, pepper
Instructions
Remove pie crusts from box and open up to full circles. On the lower half of one circle, put 1/2 of the potato, leaving a 1/2inch border. On top of the potato put the bison meat , then the onion, salt, and pepper. Top with 2 pats of butter. Fold top over filling and twist edge of dough to crimp shut. Brush top with milk and make three  1 inch slits. Repeat with second round of pie dough. Place on cookie sheet and bake at 350 for one hour.
