Ingredients

Order Bison Meat
1-5 pound        Buffalo top sirloin roast
1 bottle            Zinfandel
1/2 cup            Worcestershire sauce
2 sprigs            Rosemary, fresh
1 cup                Vegetable broth
2-15 oz cans    Tomato sauce
3 tablspoons    Olive oil
2-1/2 tblsp        Red balsamic vinegar

Instructions

Place all of the ingredients, except the
tomato sauce, in a stock pot. Mix and then
place the roast in the marinate. Place in the
fridge for 24 hours. The next day, take out the
roast and place in a hot barbecue. Barbecue
8-10 minutes per side. Save the marinate!
Place the stock pot with the marinate on the stove
and bring to a boil. Add the tomato sauce.
Reduce heat to low and simmer. When the roast is done,
take it out and place in the marinate that is on the
stove, cover, and simmer until the roast is tender or
the internal temperature is 140 degrees.
