Ingredients
Order Bison Meat
1/2 tsp freshly chopped oregano
2 cloves of finely chopped garlic
2 tbsp freshly chopped parsley
2 cups of breadcrumbs
salt and pepper to taste
2 eggs
1/2 cup of your choice of frying oil
1 lemon
1 lb Blue Bison meat
1 ten inch frying pan
Instructions
Filet the meat less than half an inch. Tenderize the meat. Add salt and pepper to the meat and leave it while you prepare the batter. Beat the egs until well-beaten, add oregano, parsley, garlic and bread crumbe and mix well. Pour the oil into the frying pan and while it heats get the meat ready. But, before you put the meat in, remember, the oil has to be able to fry the meat. With a fork, dip each filet of meat into the batter one at a time. After the meat is covered in this delicious batter, put the ilets into the frying pan and fry until the meat changes color and is no longer red. (no exact time given because it can take different amounts of time.) After meat is cooked, place on plates and add lemon juice to taste for a perfect home-style touch!
