Ingredients

Order Bison Meat
2 lbs ground Bison
1 can black beans
1 small onion diced
1 can of green chilies
1/2 cup of cilantro minced
1/2 cup of medium salsa
large 12 0z bag of shredded montery jack cheese
bagged corn tortillas

Instructions

Brown Bison w onion and drain
mix in green chilis, salsa, black beans and cilatro simmer for 10 minutes
spray frying pan with cooking spray and lightly cook tortillas on each side until softened
fill tacos with meat mixture, top with cheese
top with tomato, more onion, sour cream, guacomole if desired
