Ingredients
Order Bison Meat
1 lb of bison ground meat
1 onion
1 medium tomato
1 egg
package of schredded cheese (opional)
tsp of garlic powder
tsp of pepper
tsp of season salt
Ketchup (optional)
Mustard (optional)
Instructions
In a mixing bowl add your seasoning, and 1 egg and mix well.
take a hand full of bison meat and roll in a ball and dip in the mixer.
Next flatten out the ball to form a patty. Make serveral patties.
Cut the onion and tomato into small rounded slices.
Place the slices of onion and the tomato on the bison patty.
Next add 1 tsp of ketchup and mustard (optional).
Next take another patty and place it on top of the 1st patty and press on the sides to enclose the onion and tomatos.
Place in the freezer for about 45 minutes, to become more solid.
This works great on cooking with a george forman, but can took on the grill or skillet.
