Ingredients
Order Bison Meat
2 Lbs Bison Burger               
1 lb. Frozen Chili brick      
1 (46 oz) Can Tomato Juice            
1 (15.5 oz) can chili beans
1 (15.5 oz) Can Black Beans            
2 cloves Garlic minced
½ onion chopped               
1 TBSP Chili powder   
1 (10 oz.) Can chopped Tomatoes with green Chilies   
½ cup dark red wine
¼ cup sugar               
1 tsp Italian seasoning blend
½ - 1 Cup salsa               
¼ tsp cumin
14.5 Oz Can diced Tomatoes
Instructions
Fry bison burger with garlic and onion until cooked.  Drain mixture.  Place chili brick in large pot with tomato juice.  Add meat mixture and remaining ingredients. Stir well and heat to boil then reduce heat and simmer 20 minutes.
