Ingredients

Order Bison Meat
1 lb. bison / buffalo (cubed in 1 - 2 inch pieces)
1 pkg. Lipton dry onion soup mix
1 can golden cream of mushroom soup
1 can water
1 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. thyme
1 tablespoon dry minced onion flakes
salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

Brown bison in skillet using about 1 T. olive oil first. Transfer to crock pot and add remaining ingredients. Cook on high about 6 hours or low for 8 - 10 hours.

*Serve with mashed potatoes. Gravy can be the sauce bison cooks in all day. YUM!!!
